FALLON'S BREAKING BAD PARODY

Breaking Bad is one of the most critically acclaimed TV series of the last decade and, honestly, the best TV series I've ever seen (and I could name a bunch of TV series that are also extraordinary such as The Wire , House of Cards , True Detective , Forbrydelsen , The West Wing , Pushing Daisies , Twin Peaks , Mad Men , Six Feet Under ) . Not only has it received numerous awards and nominations but it is subject to academic research and PhD. theses as well. If you have already seen it, you know what I'm talking about. If you haven't, you should really think about doing it at some point in your life. The performance of Bryan Cranston along with the rest of the cast is absolutely brilliant. I'm writing this post because I've just come across the parody Jimmy Fallon did of Breaking Bad , Joking Bad , and I loved it so I thought you had to see it. Here it is: If you have already seen the series, you'll be amazed at the way they turned the most imp

WATCH TV SERIES ONLINE

One of the best ways to learn English. Plenty of TV series, subtitles,.... And if they are speaking too fast, you can play the videos at a slower speed. Isn't it amazing! http://ororo.tv/en I've been checking the series they offer and I've come across one I didn't know: Better Off Ted . It turns out that it is a satirical comedy and pretty good it is. I've just watched the first 3 minutes of the pilot episode and I found it hilarious. They are trying to find a way to turn pumpkins into weapons (because there is a country with whom they do business that grows a great deal of pumpkins and would welcome additional uses for them... as well as cheaper ways to kill their enemies). The critical reception of this TV series was very positive. It only lasted for two seasons, though.

IT HAD BETTER BE TONIGHT

Meglio Stasera (known in English as It Had Better Be Tonight ) is a 1963 song with music by Henry Mancini, Italian lyrics by Franco Migliacci and English lyrics by Johnny Mercer. It was composed for the 1963 film The Pink Panther where it was performed by Fran Jeffries. In addition to the vocal performance, instrumental portions of the song appear in the film's underscore, sometimes as an introduction to the main "Pink Panther Theme". The beginning of the song, in the original Italian, is here followed by a literal translation and the first two lines of the English version which contains an Italian expression, "Fa' subito!", which translates as "do it right away", but which does not appear in the Italian lyrics. However, all the versions carry the same underlying meaning of "Let's make love tonight, because who knows what will happen tomorrow."
